Driver's Ed
Jul. 19th, 2005 10:04 pmOkay, starting to learn to drive now. *bites nails* Driver's Ed started Monday, and it's every morning from 8-10. Then I work from 11-5. Then I go home, eat dinner, very likely practice driving with my Dad, and pretend I don't have any mounds of DE homeowrk whilst I go online afterwards. *sigh* I'm already exhausted. Plus, I haven't yet unpacked properly, and my gerbil cage is in desperate need of cleaning. Unh.
I'm not really liking driving all that well. I wouldn't even bother with getting my license, but Mom really wants me to be able to drive myself to my voice lessons. Plus, it would be nice to be able to drive myself to my own cast parties without having to bum a ride...BUT I HATE IT! Gah. All the responsibility. I could do without it for a couple more years, but alas. That seems to be not the case. I almost crashed into the garage today while backing in, not to mention several close calls concerning the side-view mirrors. Mental note: must practice the whole "reverse" thing. But DE classes are going to the highways next week, so that puts the pressure on. *is scared of highways since she can't even get into her own garage*
Lesse...My dog, Sandy, came down with a pretty bad ear infection, so she went in to see the Vet this morning. He charged us an arm and a leg for a crapload of medications, which I'm supposed to give her for a week or so. Ah, well. She's my baby, what can I say?
Oh, and the "Canon, bitches" icon was unanimously voted (yay for democracy). I've also added like, seven more. I love these potterpuff things, they're hilarious. You can check them out in my userinfo if you like. I don't know why I need so many icons--I can't possibly use them all. But I can't decide which ones I should get rid of. *sigh* Such is life. But now, to bed! ^_^ (sleeeeep)
