Day/Theme: 9/1/07 The words you’ve borrowed
Series: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle
Character/Pairing: Sakura, original!Syaoran -- pairings are up to interpretation.
I haven’t even really decided myself yet which TRC SyaSaku I ship... (two Syaorans!?!? How can I choose!?!)
The bowl dropped and shattered. Without thinking, he bent over to pick up the sharpest pieces.
“Stop it.”
Syaoran looked up in surprise. “Excuse me?”
She looked at him with sad eyes. “Just stop. You’re like him when you do that, and you’re not him, even if you look and...you’re not...I just wish you would be yourself.”
“I’m...sorry.” He couldn’t look away from her gaze. Why was it so empty?
“We don’t deserve it. What have we ever done to help you?”
She walked away.
Syaoran looked down at his hands, and with both of his eyes he could see the blood on them, dripping to the floor.
